Hey, I’m Jordan—certified personal trainer, NCI nutrition coach, and the founder of Peak Health & Performance.
I’ve been coaching clients in-person and online for the past few years, and I truly love what I do. My passion for health and fitness runs deep, but it really started with my family. Growing up with a mom who was a registered nurse and a grandmother who spent her life teaching, I saw firsthand how powerful it is to serve others and create lasting impact. That sense of purpose stuck with me.
At one point, I wasn’t sure where life was taking me—but learning to live intentionally, eat well, and train with purpose gave me a second chance. That’s when everything clicked. I found my calling in helping others improve their lives through fitness, nutrition, and mindset shifts.
That’s why I created Peak Health & Performance. It’s not just about lifting weights or eating clean—it’s about building habits, increasing confidence, and unlocking your full potential in and out of the gym. Every client I work with gets personalized tools like nutrition guides, communication systems, cheat sheets for success, and ongoing support to make real, lasting change.
