I started working with Jordan 7 months ago and have already seen so much positive change in my strength, mobility, energy and the way my body looks.

I had been committed to consistent exercise and nutrition for quite some time but it suddenly stopped working for me after having 2 kids and reaching my late 30s. I was exhausted and I hated the way my body was holding on to fat despite how hard I was working. 

Jordan met with me and really listened to the challenges I was having and what my individual goals were, then designed workouts and nutrition specifically for me. Not just some standard copy and paste exercise. I trusted Jordan and the process. He helped me take on new and more challenging strength workouts and convinced me to eat more, not less.

For the longest time, I had been telling myself to get into shape and come up with a workout routine, however I always got cold feet because of my lack of experience in weight lifting, being a lanky 6’1″ and 165 lbs. I first went into my CrunchONE kickoff with the mentality of just learning a few core exercises, setting my base weight limits, and maybe learning some new information about nutrition. Jordan went even further in our first session, showing me the importance of mobility, proper warm-up routines, correct exercise movements, and detailed nutrition advice. By the end of the first session, I barely hesitated to sign up for a 12 week program with him. 

Throughout the 12 weeks, Jordan really made all the training sessions feel like an investment into myself. He had me track my food intake so he could make specific recommendations on the amount of calories, protein, and fats that I should either increase or decrease. In the gym, he was never going to let me give up, even when my body wanted to. With his infectious personality, I was always excited when I would either finish a set that I couldn’t finish the week before or reach a new weight limit, because he was equally as happy to watch me succeed. Most importantly, he taught me how to be patient and stay grounded, not letting myself ego lift, instead focusing on range of motion and set completion. 

By the end of our program, I had gained almost 10 pounds in pure muscle, developed a better mindset when it came to my nutrition, and built a rock solid foundation on which to pursue my fitness goals. I highly recommend Jordan to anyone who is nervous about starting a workout routine or wanting to get fit.
