At Peak Health & Performance, our mission goes beyond just building muscle, losing fat, or improving appearance. We believe that true health encompasses much more than exercise and nutrition. Our training is designed to help clients achieve overall well-being, tapping into the many branches of good health that extend far beyond physical fitness. It’s about feeling better, improving performance, and embracing a healthier lifestyle in every aspect.

I’ve been a certified personal trainer for almost three years now. I train clients in person & coach online. I’m a NCI certified nutrition coach but with my knowledge & experience I’m extremely confident in my skills to help almost any individual meet their health & fitness goals.

I’ve had a passion for health and fitness for a long time but it probably stems from my Mom being a registered nurse and my grandmother being a teacher my whole life! I saw firsthand how many lives they impacted and the happiness, joy and fulfillment it brought! I’ve wanted it for a long time and now that I have it I’m going to impact as many people as I possibly can!

That’s me, now let’s get to what’s really important such as tools that we will be using throughout our journey, forms of communication, our mutual expectations, cheat sheets (guides to success), water intake sheets and much more!
